Tamegroute
Know as the last place before the desert, Tamagroute is the Moroccan village from which this distinctive pottery takes its name.
The crafting process is as fascinating as it is unique and only locally sourced natural materials are used in the production of the pottery. The clay is sourced from the River Draa which once molded is left out to dry in the Moroccan sun before it is glazed and baked in one of only 7 ovens in the village owned by 1 of only 7 families responsible for the production of Tamegroute pottery.
