Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you love your purchase but we understand If you change your mind. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order we’ll be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided it is returned to us unused and with all original packaging.
Please submit your return request by email to info@artisans-dumaroc. This should include your original order number, details of the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return. We will respond with shipping instructions by the next working day. Please note, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will also need to be covered
We recommend that you return items via registered mail and obtain proof of postage. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If we find the products are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. Please use appropriate packaging to protect your package during transit.
CANCELATIONS
If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not already been dispatched we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
All products sold by Artisans du Maroc are hand-crafted and as such may show imperfections and/minor flaws. We consider this to be a characteristic of the process which makes up part of their charm and uniqueness. Unfortunately manufacturing faults can sometimes occur, so if you believe this to be the case we are happy to offer a replacement or full refund once we have received and inspected the goods. Please notify us in writing within 5 working days along with pictures of the fault/damage.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds will be issued minus the cost of original shipping. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been made and your account will be credited with the amount within the 10 working days.
